When I first thought about this assignment, I was very apprehensive because I didn't know how to address all the problems that need to be fixed in just one paragraph. Then when I sat down to write, I realized that these problems have all already been discussed at length and in depth, and the solutions are all already out there. For this reason, if I were to change something to fix the world, I would give everyone enough caring so that we can take our words and turn them into actions.
Last class we discussed global communities, and a big part of that is all coming together to solve issues that need to be dealt with. These solutions would benefit us all. The inequalities in this world are unbelievable. For example, if everyone from North America were to give even five dollars, we could probably solve world hunger. I guess what I'm getting at is that if everyone does a small part, we can make a big difference. Many hands makes light work, and I think if I were to try and fix the world, that is the lesson I would impart on humanity.
I agree that people need to take action as a global community in order to solve the many problems facing our world. I liked how you connected your ideas to the discussions we had in our previous class and the example you used that if everyone in North America gave 5 dollars we could possibly solve world hunger to show that little contributions from multiple people makes a big difference.

Uniting together we can help get rid of several differences and come to agree upon many different issues which will help the world move on through the hardships which the communities of our World face.

I agree completely with you because so much more can get done in any situation when a whole community comes together to help out. If we do that we could easily get things done although as we can see governments don't like to get along. Also about the $5 thing i think that illustrates how little we can do and make a big impact but have a look at sean's post cause i think he also had a good but different take on the way money can be used.
